Raw First Video Draft - 30 Seconds

Status

This is a raw first video draft based on the current briefing.

It is intentionally rough and designed to show the direction quickly:

• chalkboard classroom scene
• Maya calculator avatar
• Emma ruler avatar
• ghost-writing style text
• original source audio from the uploaded Drive narration clips
• 30-second duration

What this draft proves

1. The project can move from briefing to a watchable video artifact.
2. The blackboard / ghost-writing / avatar direction is visually understandable.
3. The original student voice audio can be used as the primary narration bed.
4. The final version can now be improved with ElevenLabs voice avatars, music, and sound effects.

Known rough edges

1. Placeholder visuals only.
2. No final worksheet/image alignment yet.
3. No ElevenLabs voice avatars yet.
4. No final background music or sound design yet.
5. Board-writing timing is only approximate.
6. Avatars are proof-of-concept, not final character designs.

Next production pass

The next version should add:

1. ElevenLabs Maya and Emma voice avatars for intro/outro/repair lines.
2. ElevenLabs background music and sound effects.
3. Better writing timing against the full source transcripts.
4. Worksheet/image scene mapping.
5. Cleaner character animation.
